I LOG EVERY BITE EVERY DAY THE GOOD BAD AND THE REALLY UGLY, I AM ALWAYS HONEST NO MATTER HOW BAD IT LOOKS. SOMETIMES I DON'T WANT TO LOG THE EXTRA CANDY BUT WHO AM I HURTING OR CHEATING JUST ME.

That is what keeps me from trying bites here and there. I hate to log everything...but I do. It keeps me honest and I know where all those calories and fat is coming from.

I know it's tediouis, but log every single bite you eat on the nutrition tracker. You'd be surprised how much those bites add up. I started doing this and found out I was regularly consuming about 500 more calories per day than I thought! Even if it's one cracker, two chips, one taste of cookie dough..log everything!!
