Drink Water After A Meal..

A lot of people tell you to drink water before a meal to fill up and you won't eat as much. But, that does not help me at all. I like food and I love cooking, and I think food is meant to be enjoyed. What helps me is when I plate my food with appropriate portions, eat what I have on my plate then drink water afterwards. I immediately feel full and WON'T get back up for seconds. In fact, I'd feel so full that I would need to take a walk afterwards!

    Thanks! I think a lot of times we get in trouble by not knowing how much is enough, how much is appropriate, etc. By "cheating" your way through the experience, how do you ever learn??? emoticon

    This actually makes MORE sense to me than filling up on water before. And you key words being "...I plate my food with appropriate portions". This way not only do we enjoy our fav foods but still feel satisfied. AWESOME SECRET!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
