This Sparked Me!

I was putting in my breakfast, my very frequent breakfast and right above is the" make a group feature". Clicked on it and made a group of what was there then clicked copy to another day. copied to tomorrow, If I use a different milk I can change it in a flash. No need to go to anywhere else it is right there. Saves time too.

I wondered what that was for. Going to update my breakfast and tea now! Thanks!

I recently discovered that feature too. It is really helpful and a time saver.

I've wanted to copy my breakfast, as I eat about the same every morning. Could never figure how to do it. Thanks, I'll try again.

I love this feature!! Hey, my coffee is always the same! 8 oz. coffee, 2 tsp sugar, about 2 oz of 2% milk. Why put in 3 things, when i can just put in one! Awesome feature of Spark!! And great for recipes you have as staples! :)

I just figured that out myself.....how easy will that be?
I've also made "group" or two of my favorite and frequent meals.
Like I've said...I never get bored on sparkpeople and learn something new absolutely every day.

Thank you ... it used to be easy to copy the same breakfast but haven't been able to find how to do that lately! Thanks for telling us how!
