    Tracking my food and exercise minutes is the first thing I started doing when I began this Journey. I still don't quite understand WHY it is so important, but I think--without those Trackers--I would not be losing weight and it certainly would have been a LOT harder than it has been so far.

    I notice that when i track i am more careful when i eat. Like someone is watching me....but i sure helps!!!! emoticon
