Don't buy snacks when buying grocery. Leave the snack as an occasional treat. If we routinely buy snacks and store then we will routinely retrieve and eat.

    I agree-- if i buy "snack foods" i'm more likely to snack out of boredom. If i just have whole foods, and things that need to be cooked, i'm much less likely to snack for no reason, just because it's less accessible (and i'm lazy, haha).

    Like Clara6 said it depends on what you are calling a snack, healthy snacks are to be encouraged to buy and snack upon its the unhealthy ones that should be limited in general

    We snack often, but it is always a healthy snack like an apple or celery emoticon
