Gardening - Planting Bulbs

This Sparked Me!

I found tulip and hyacinth bulbs that I hadn't planted - and now it's WINTER!
* Use a container, layer the bulbs in potting soil, and leave outdoors for the rest of winter. They should sprout in the spring when the ground warms up.

MORE INFORMATION:
Tulips, hyacinths, lilies, even amaryllis should survive the snow and come out in the spring/early summer.
