Oatmeal may reduce "bad" cholesterol, is a good source of protein, can keep you full longer and it's inexpensive! Add milk instead of water for that extra protein, add your protein shake, add some blueberries and last but not least, it's inexpensive! Your heart and body will love you for it.
Make sure you are eating enough protein. Protein helps your body heal and stay healthy. It also keeps you feeling full longer. If you find yourself hungry all the time, add more protein to your meals and snacks.
Eat smaller meals 5 or 6 times a day. Don't get hungry. Have protein with every meal or snack to keep your blood sugar stable & drink plenty of water to help wash out sugar &toxins. .Weight loss is usually a natural result of giving up sugar & usually takes 5 to 7 days to accomplish.
