I've never been a cook, but I've decided it's necessary for my lifestyle change. To get started I've focused on finding recipes with easy ingredients - healthier pre-made sauces or crusts, canned products, and pre-sliced items such as onions from the grocery store. Having these ready-to-use items has helped minimize my fear of the kitchen!
