    I do this too. Squats while waiting for my glass to fill up with water. Lunges while my coffee is brewing. Wall sits while brushing my teeth. Where-ever I can squeeze in a couple more exercises. The trick is to start moving as soon as you get up and not stop all day.

    its really a big thought. Everyday i will find one another excuse to myself for not doing the exercise. I am going to follow this. Thanks a lot

    Hi to everyone, thanks for the new ideas. I drink alot of water and have to go to the restroom alot so I have been doing 5 squats and alternate the next time with 5 pushups against the sink. I usually end up doing 20 to 25 of each a day. emoticon

    What a great idea! Sometimes I limit my "extra" to parking the car farther away. These are good thoughts to working muscles all day.
