Keep track (in blog or journal form) what worked for you the previous day. Think through what temptations you might come across later in the day and write out how you can set yourself up to overcome them.
Ex. If you think you might not be motivated to make dinner when you get home, plan to put out all your pots, pans and utinsils that you will need to make dinner before you leave for work.

The most important meal of the day, always sets the tone to how you are going to eat for the rest of the day and feel. Always have a nutritious meal already made on hand so you don't grab the sugary cereal or cookie in the cabinet. The best ones I have are slim fast shake or meal bar or some other meal supplement. I also make 1/2 cup of egg substitute the night before so all I have to do is reheat and grab a fuit or other health carb to go along with. Remember BE PREPARED!
PLAN, PLAN, PLAN! ALWAYS STAY AHEAD OF THE TEMPTATION!
Temptation.....every day I pray to God to NOT lead me into temptation today....when I consciously do this, I consciously make a decision to resist the temptation of all the "extra" calories that are brought into my place of work. I have no control over what is brought into the office to "share", however, I DO have control over what is placed into my mouth. God is good and takes care of those who ASK for His divine help! It works for me and it'll work for you!
I noticed for myself when I just go in the kitchen hungry searching for what to eat , I end up eating more than I intended to!! So the key is planning what I will eat and if i know i am going out to eat researching healthy options. Staying ahead of my appetite is what helps me stay strong against temptations !104
