The first time I lost a significant amount of weight...I would "sneak" in exercise here and there. Taking the stairs, parking in the farthest spot from the mall/groccery store, or purposely making two trips up and down the stairs when I probably could have done it all at once. Sounds a little silly..but it adds up! On top of regular exercise and eating right, I believe this really helped me reach my goal!

read your body when injured. It soon lets you know if you're pushing it too far.
Recently i broke a rib and it halted various types of exercise for a while, even walking was painful initially. I just stayed pantient and did not push myself too far until i felt ready. After six weeks i am back to doing most of my original exercises.
This is not really my secret but belongs to consumer advocate Clark Howard. He states you should NEVER spend any change even if it's a nickel, if something cost $1.05 you give the cashier $2.00 and at the end of the day, everyday, you put all your change in a jar. If you do this religiously, by the end of a year you should have around a thousand dollars. I told my sister and unbeknown to me she and her husband tried it and it came to around $1600, Now i'm doing it.
Let you know in July how I did!.....Or you can do it now and let me know how YOU did in December
