I have a pair of workout shoes in my car, at my desk at work and, of course, at home. Cuts down on the excuses for not moving my feet.

I find that when i don't really want to work out, if i just put on my workout shoes it gets the ball rolling and I'm ready to start my workout. Putting on my shoes/ workout cloths seems to be the hardest part. After the workout, i feel energized and ready to take on the world. So put on those shoes!
