Try to incorporate as much walking as possible into your workout routine. Walking itself is a very good form of exercise and using all large muscle group. So it is good for the core and will help to slim and get rid of Belly fat and tone the core. emoticon emoticon emoticon

By including the additional walking which this week I increased from two ten minutes walks to two twenty-minute walks. I’ve noticed by stomach actually starting to shrink, as well as walking speed increasing.
