By including the additional walking which this week I increased from two ten minutes walks to two twenty-minute walks. I’ve noticed by stomach actually starting to shrink, as well as walking speed increasing.

Whenever I get too consistent with workouts or food eaten or walking routines I stagnate. When I realize what's going on I change up everything and mix up my life. Walk different routes, change exercise machines and other workout routines, the order I do them, and take out or add different food.
one way that helps me stay motivated and accountable to my walking and workout routines is I have recently started to sign up for benefit walks in my area. I also prefer walking on a team vs. solo (accountability). I'm joining a walking team in my area for the motivation & support they offer. 311
