Dry toast is a drag, and butter and margarine add more calories without much nutritional benefit! The solution? Banana Jam! I like to freeze a banana to make it super mushy, then thaw it and mush it up and use it like jam on my toast. Taste and nutrition in each bite! Also works with apples!

Keeping most things for breakfast in the same spot makes it easier/faster to get in my nutritious first meal of the day! So I reorganized the following into one place near the coffeemaker: coffee, tea, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, dried fruits, toasted walnuts, Kashi granola bars (for an extra fast take-off), several mugs, measuring cup/spoon, and a few cereal bowls. This keeps my prep time to a minimum and I am not wandering around the kitchen getting the different items I need.
I nuke my quick oatmeal, so I chose a spot close to the microwave, too! Think about what you need, and then take the step to be unconventional with organization that is personalized for you!
I NEVER do any exercise over and over again (unless it is a program and even then I get bored) because I get bored too easy. If I am bored I am less likely to stick to my healthy journey 2163262334320312311
