Setbacks in any fitness program are going to occur, when they do we often feel guilty and avoid the things we should be doing like exercise and logging into Spark. The avoidance pattern makes getting back on track all the more difficult. When you are having an off period, make sure you login to Spark everyday. Eventually the down period will pass and if you have stayed connected getting back on track will be easier!!!

This is a fun iPhone/iTouch app that turns exercise into a social activity by helping you earn points to unlock new exercises. It starts with crunches, pushups and squats--but more points earned means new exercises to discover. When you add a friend--you earn their points too so you can get to the new exercises sooner. Seriously, I'm not one that loves crunches, but this motivates me to do one more -- and get a "new personal record." Hope you like it too, if you give it a try!

I like to login to SP first thing in the day to help me "get up and go" and start the day off right. And, I am less tempted to eat unhealthy foods at night if I login then to finish tracking and reading articles. (Good luck, whenever time of day you use SP!)104
