    I agree that it is so important to get the total right amount of sleep. Just wish my body knew that. I have found that as I am getting older sleep is something that is getting so weird. I try to be in bed by 11 and sleep till 7...but that's not really what happens anymore. Oh well...I'll keep trying! - by LUVS2WIN67
