Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins and minerals you need every day, just one cucumber has, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc, so when you are looking for a way to meet these daily requirements, eat a cucumber. add some low cal dressing if you must.

    I love The cucumber Ideal I love them,
it also made me think I also cut up green pepper's, So at night if I just MUST have something, I have some of those, My husband likes to eat Dinner 3-4 pm, And so we get the munches at night, & No he wont eat later lol. Thankyou Cindy emoticon
