I work less than 10 minutes away from my house and get a one hour lunch period. I put out my workout clothes, load my dvd I use, and get everything ready before I leave in the morning. Then, I change as soon as I hit the door, workout for 25 minutes, jump in the shower, and head back to work. My bosses are lenient with my time and I can make up however many minutes I need to if I run late either at the end of the day or on Fridays (I work 1/2 days on Fri.).

I do this sometimes also. It is sometimes the only time I have to work. We are lucky to have a gym on site at work and a wellness program that is provided for us. So I pack a bag and leave it at work and then only take out what I use (clothes, towels), then the next day I only have to bring a new clothes and a new towel for the next workout session. I did this today. No time to workout after work today.
