I plan my afternoon snack for about 30-45 minutes before I leave the office.
I realized that coming home after work, rushing to put dinner on the table, focusing on three kids and their individual needs and greeting my husband all while the dog wants her walk and I'm STARVING was making me eat to much of the wrong food.
This snack is amazing! You have 6 ounces of fat free Greek Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries, and 1-2 packets of Splenda. It feel like a cheat snack that gives me my sweet tooth fix, while burning fat!
This makes a great mid-afternoon snack because it is lower in carbs and higher in protein.
