. I don't like taking a lot of time at once to do strength exercises, so I do it a little bit at a time during the day. Every time I go to the bathroom at work I do 15 wall push ups. Every time I wake up the stairs I do 15 calf raises

MORE INFORMATION:
Sometimes a coworker and I will set a clock and every hour we'll do another 30-50 crunches. When I make a photocopy I do more wall push ups. There are a lot of little opportunities at the office!
