My new fave product - Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage patties! Pretty cheap, 8 patties for $4! Saute w. no-cal spray, cut up & add an egg for scrambled egg sausage. 1 patty = 60 cal. They're packaged by 4s, but easy to use 1 and bag the rest til needed.

MORE INFORMATION:
Great way to add protein to breakfast without much effort, money, or calories! You could of course add veggies to this, or use 2 eggs & make it an omelet.

    I don't eat sausage; usually too fatty or too spicy. But I will try this for a change. Thanks, Joan from Ohio

    I know, they are delicious and this past Sun. there was a coupon for ANY Jimmy Dean's sausage. WooHoo!
