My new fave product - Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage patties! Pretty cheap, 8 patties for $4! Saute w. no-cal spray, cut up & add an egg for scrambled egg sausage. 1 patty = 60 cal. They're packaged by 4s, but easy to use 1 and bag the rest til needed.
Great way to add protein to breakfast without much effort, money, or calories! You could of course add veggies to this, or use 2 eggs & make it an omelet.

I eat lower carb to control Type 2 diabetes (successfully!). My breakfast is frequently 2 bran wafers with cheese. I discovered that Neufchatel cheese is very similar to cream cheese but lower calories and fat. For a 2 Tablespoon serving, Neufchatel Cheese: 80 cal, 1 carb, 6 Fat, 2 Protein. Cream Cheese: 101 Cal, 1 carb, 10 Fat, 2 Protein
The downside is that neufchatel can be difficult to find. My local Giant carries their own generic brand next to the cream cheese.
