I went to a thrift store and bought 3 inexpensive jeans, kinda tight but not to tight. When those jeans start to feel lose I take those old jeans back to the thrift store then buy another 3 kinda snug jeans. I could tell I was losing weight buy the way the jeans felt, and it makes me feel like I accomplished something. Like a game, for each pants size is a new level of weight loss and I get to go out and buy more jeans while getting to get rid of bigger ones.
Make sure NOT to buy clothes to tight
I like nuts for snacks, but get bored if they're the same kind day after day. So, I would buy a few cans of different nuts, and mix them all into one container before portioning them out for snacking later. Kind of makes each snack-time a new experience!
