Adding foods to your "favorites" in the Nutrition Tracker as soon as you bring them into the house saves time when you go to track those foods later. SP has shown over and over - TRACKERS are LOSERS. So make tracking easy on yourself!

    This is smart! My boyfriend keeps telling me to just take a day to log everything that's in the house. Right now, I just log them as I eat them. I keep saying that eventually everything will be in there!
