Adding foods to your "favorites" in the Nutrition Tracker as soon as you bring them into the house saves time when you go to track those foods later. SP has shown over and over - TRACKERS are LOSERS. So make tracking easy on yourself!

I'm DONE doing the Potluck thing with Foods that are unhealthy!
I have had my LAST unhealthy contribution to a potluck !!! I have a terrible sweet tooth and I tend to indulge it when I bake for a potluck! This last time I baked cookie cups and only two were eaten@ my MOMS Club! Everyone in My MOMS Club does NOT eat healthy! We have a fundraiser set up for Rubio's this week alone! So when I go to a potluck from now on it's fruit salad I'll be bringing! And when I go to the funddraiser .it's salad I'll eat! What about you ? Do you bring healthy food to ...
...a potluck so in case of leftovers , you'll still be bringing healthy foods into the house?
When I host a party is to ask everyone to bring their favorite munchie - it's amazing how fast those bags of chips and jars of salsa add up. Or host a theme party where you supply the pizza dough and everyone brings their favorite topping & you make individual pizzas to suit everyone's tastes
