I work overnights and have a really rough time because I work by myself for 8 hrs which leads to ALOT of snacking to keep awake. I have found the thing that helps me most is small hard candies...don't bite! It keeps you occupied without loading you with higher calorie chips or cookies.

I know what you mean! I used to work nights by myself. I tend to overeat when I'm bored and nobody else is around so that's when I gained most of my weight. Good luck to you!
