Every 6 weeks, I try a new strength training workout. I collect ones that look interesting/fun and put them in my workout binder. That way my muscles don't get "bored" and stop challenging them selves. And, of course, it keeps my mind from getting bored, too :)

Ok a binder? You use if from here or you make it up yourself? Does this include dvd's too?

I do that also. I take my magazines and pull the workouts and intereting helpful articles to keep in binder. It's great to use and I get rid of having lots of magazines sitting around.

That is what I do also but probably every two weeks. I have certain activites that are a constant than I will add an extra workout.

Top of every hour quickie.
At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
Do calisthenics during the commercial breaks when you are watching TV. The idea is to exercise intensely for the length of the break, as one would do in interval training.
