I cleaned and chopped up some fresh spinach and froze what I didn't eat. Then I just add a little frozen spinach to anything I'm making, and it cooks in no time. I even added it to my Weight Watcher frozen microwave meals.
I mix my protein drink for breakfast and then I sneak in one cup of frozen spinach.....and you can't taste it and it's a power house of goodness,88 I also add in berries or frozen banana slices..... Life is Good !
