I find that I can easily wake up at 5:00 AM and go to the gym when I have someone at the gym that will be there to greet me by name. That way, when I skip days, that person is right there to ask me "Where have you been??" I usually look at it as a challenge..how long can we go before we have to ask each other "where have you been?" The person who asks first wins..

Need more motivation to get in the gym? I find that I am more dedicated to "gym time" because of all the fun group fitness classes. Zumba, Dance, Bootcamp, Step Aerobics, Spinning, you name your gym might have it! Seeing people that are different from me whether younger or older, smaller or larger doing the exercises with such dedication makes me step my game up! I can get an hour workout in and make new friends, who could ask for more?
Not as in the sense as joining a gym. I wanted to exercise but I was tired of the same ol' gym workout so I joined a club for women who like to work out, now we go hiking and biking all sorts of things. So in the process I am making new friends and working out too! Who would have thought :)
