Set Smaller Goals




Use the site to set smaller goals for yourself when you feel a bigger goal is too hard to accomplish. For example, I am real bad with water so drinking 8 glass per day is out of the question for me (right now). So...I created a smaller goal of drinking 4 glasses per day which keeps me motivated to strive for because I feel it's within reach. I've gone from1 to 4 and hoping to move up soon!

  • I'm happy to hear that I'm not the only one. I enjoy water, but I find that I get consumed with my activities of the day and forget to drink it. I'm trying to increase my number of glasses by starting earlier in the day. - by JODIEGAYLE
  • I wish we could count coffee! Unfortunately, coffee has the opposite for every cup of coffee (or soda) you drink, you should be drinking at least one cup of water to even it out. emoticon - by JLSTOCKWELL
  • Wow, you are the first person I've heard admit to this. Everyone talks about how much water they drink per day. I also have a really hard time with downing loads of water. I usually average 2 glasses of water per day and push for 3. Now if I count my coffee, it would be a couple more.
