Switch Up Your Exercise Routine

When I hit a plateau, I switched up my exercise routine, by doing cardio after weight training. (I did do a warm up prior to weight training.) Also key for me was staying calm about it and accepting it as part of the process.

    I agree too. I do this to jolt my body back into losing mode.

    I agree--You have to stay calm about it and accept plateauing as part of the process. But the sooner you mix it up or add more of something or do less of something else.it can kickstart your body's metabolism.
