Thinkin positive!! Allowin yourself to not think of what you can not eat allow yourself to think of what ya can eat and enjoy to eat.
I don't ever think of the downside of food. I don't ever think of the emptiness I have in my belly.
I think of what I can enjoy the flavor of to eat...what I can make myself feel full with but not consumin' way to much of to do this.
Think of not eat'n a lone even if you are sittin alone do it in public.
If you tell yourself it is day by day it will feel like it. But if you tell your self it is a beautiful day and my food smells good...the day won't matter it is just one out of 365 in the year.

To keep with my healthy program, I had to concede that this was a lifestyle change49 I've had to put away the four letter word, diet. It's not a diet-it's permanent. It's about me making good choices so that I'll live a healthier life and hopefully be around to see my grandchildren grow up. Part I: watch what I eat; stop eating junk!
