It's my birthday today, but things are falling apart at home for me. I'm going to take today as an opportunity to focus on rebuilding myself and make every day of this year count and not wallow in sadness, grief or dispair. It's time to celebrate ME because I'm WORTH it!

freeze cherries (esp the tart pie ones that are super in season right now), and then throw 5-6 in your glass of water like ice cubes! Crush a few in there for that twinge of taste, and eat the others as a little treat when you get to the bottom of the glass.
