This is a bit of a mind set tip: Quitting smoking was an insurmountable task. So, to keep me motivated to keep trying, I "stopped" smoking. If I fell off the smoke-free wagon, all I needed to do was "stop" again. Quitting was too permanent, and too scary. Stopping gave me room to stop, fail, try again - without giving up entirely.
Try to stop throughout your meal to check with your body to make sure you haven't already reached fullness. Some times I'm distracted by other things. It's important to stop through out your meal and check if you've already reached fullness. Stop at 80% to see if you're already full, if so then stop
