When you go jogging in the park and you're feeling as if you just cannot go on, look for a physical landmark (like a lamp post or a bench) and say to yourself 'If I make it to that tree, I can slow down' . By the time you get to that tree, you may find it easier to keep going farther down the trail

I have had a full week and next week is going to be busier. Today is a day of non functioning, body or mind after I just did trivia and did 9 because I looked at the answer and clicked on another. Mind not working because I push myself so hard I get to the point of crashing. Why do we do this? When I am I don't feel like I am, I have fun working and playing. I need to readjust my strength level and time I use it. Do you deal with this problem and what do you do about it. Love the Spark Site.
