Post a thread on an appropriate message board detailing what you did right/achieved today. Update the thread every day with that days positives. Be especially sure to post on the days when you don't think there IS anything positive - even on a bad day you will have done something right, just look for it!
Makes you concentrate on the positive when we are naturally more inclined to look at the negatives - and the fact that you are posting will encourage others to do the same.

I made very upbeat and sparkly cards with each pound I want to lose with scrapbooking supplies. I post them up on a wall that leads to my kitchen. Every time I lose a pound I tear up the old card and and post the new card. It feels good to tear up the old weight and its a positive reminder of what I am doing!
