I am not a breakfast eater, at least I was'nt, until now. I found a way to control my chocolate cravings and have breakfast without feeling yucky. I went and bought some special K meal bars. Double Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. This gives me my chocolate and vitamins the body needs, especially fiber. They taste great!! 4
I also drink the protein shakes from slim fast for lunch. More vitamins and chocolate.
I will sometimes have a Slim-Fast shake before dinner and then have only a small portion of the dinner. I do this only if the meal is on the "not so healthy" side. Having the Slim-Fast gets me my nutrition and helps fill me up.
You don't have to follow the Slim Fast plan to eat the bars or drink the shakes. They're great for breakfast and snacks! Especially if you need something quick on the go or are having a chocolate meltdown.
I work 38 hours/week and take 13 credit hours for college. I normally need something on the go. The Slim Fast shakes are great for breakfast, 190 calories and they keep you full for at least 4 hours. The Slim Fast Peanut Butter Crunch bar is an awesome snack and tastes like a Butterfinger Bar!
