    I have been telling myself to do this FOR YEARS, and I'm still not very good at it. It cracks me up that, as a mother of 2 young children, we always have stuff for the kids in the diaper bag, but never anything for ourselves! Thanks for the reminder!

    I keep a small cooler in my car with 100 calorie snacks from cheerios, dried fruit, nuts and granola bars etc, this way there is no reason to be tempted to go to a drive thru
