I can just tell you all that you will never loose it if you don't get off of it. I think it is really important also to do strength training in addition to your regular cardio. But you must do the cardio first for the after burn effect.

My dog Romeo doesn't like to walk during the summer. Needless to say, he packs on the pounds. Beyond the gym. Romeo's been my motivation to keep moving and keep loosing. I now have for you the number 2 secret to weight loss. After years of research and trial & error I have found it. The number 2 secret to loosing weight is to move more. Wait, you say! I don't want to have to exercise. Wait, I say! I didn't say the E word. I said to move more.

the biggest thing i have learned is to get off your butt. just get up and do it no matter how lazy you feel get up and go for a walk, go swimming, do house work. just do something it doesnt matter. i am now happy and starting to feel sexy again~ still got about 20-30 lbs to go but im well on the way
