Check out a book on cooking meals ahead of time and pack those meals into the freezer with re-heating instructions. On those busy days, check one out of the freezer before you leave the house and come home with less stress knowing that you will have a healthy meal ready for your family without having to do more than re-heat. A crockpot meal is even bettter!
