So walking is great, but jogging and walking is even better, push yourself a little harder helps you burn those calories. And doing about 20 minutes of cardio afterwards can give you a burst of energy to get through the rest of the day!

This is a great secret of success. It gets your heart rate up, keeps it up & gets you more physically fit every time you run just a little further. It pushes you just that little bit without feeling like you "failed" because you didn't run the whole way, if running is your goal. ((:
