    Try zinc supplements ... CHECK LABEL FOR GUIDELINES!

    i never used to eat breakfast but SP changed that, i had to find things i really enjoyed to boost my intake some days, i know eat flavored instant oatmeal with a tsp of PB and honey or add fresh fruit....good luck ! also i find the more i exercise the more my appetite increases too.

    Me too!!! I was munching on my daughters bed time snack trying to get in any more cal. Im under,, but im not hungry! what does that mean? Im sorry i have no advice, i was just excited to see someone else with my issue. ~sigh~
