I need to eat to get my body moving,but it seems I just don't eat enough.I dont know what to do.HELP!!!!!Can anyone give me some advise? emoticon

  • i never used to eat breakfast but SP changed that, i had to find things i really enjoyed to boost my intake some days, i know eat flavored instant oatmeal with a tsp of PB and honey or add fresh fruit....good luck ! also i find the more i exercise the more my appetite increases too. - by SCSMOOPIE
