eating breakfast is an important meal for me because i'm a truck driver and i don't get a chance to eat lunch regularly so starting my day off with a good breakfast keeps me going

  • My quick "go to" non-dairy smoothie is:
    1 scoop vanilla (or plain) protein powder
    1/2 banana
    1 teaspoon peanut butter
    3 ice cubes
