On days when I really don't feel up to working out, I remind myself to just "Do", do put one foot on the floor and let the rest follow. Inevitably, just taking the first step to "DO" something, leads me to do more than I thought possible!

Sometimes due to lack of Sleep or because of overwork Eyes tend to look swollen and puffy----mostly in the Summers.The best way to combat this is to soak two swabs of Cottonwool in a bowlful of cold Water to which a few drops of Rose Water have been added.Squeeze out the cold Water from these Cottonwool Swabs and place them over your eyes.This way you can cool,soothe and refresh your Eyes very effectively.This process should be repeated every 5 minutes for a period of 15 minutes in total.
This is a good way to relax and unwind and helps to release the tension in both Mind and Body as well.
