It takes time to see the big changes and often I find that I can stay motivated by just focusing on the small changes that I am making and have made over time.
Some of these include: drinking more water, adding vegetables to every lunch and dinner, eating fish a couple times a week, limiting red meat to one day a week, trying new workouts (spin, bootcamp) and keeping track of the small changes by using SP and the trackers!!!
Start using fact statements. "I am going to the gym" "I am eating healthy today" Stating your goals as true facts makes it harder for you mind to think you can change them. Because you can't change the facts. 248
