Making life a game is what keeps me on track to accomplishing my goals. Setting up goals and then keeping track of how well you are doing can be hard sometimes in life, but if you set it up as a game and give yourself something to "win" may help keep you motivated.
Set goals with friends and family. The more people you bring into the "game" the more you will hold yourself accountable. But also make sure to set yourself winning prizes, maybe something you wouldn't normally do for yourself!! Start the " game " now and have fun :^)

All games are good, but we have bought Sports in Motion & he got me The Biggest Loser game which I am just starting. Any one have any other games?
