I use the nutritional plan right now; I know the portions are right and I am meeting all my catergories of calories, fat, carbs, and protein. When I eat my yogurt, I just scoop it into the 1/2 cup measuring cup, grab a spoon and eat. No need to grab a bowl or mug.

    I do pretty much the same thing except I dig out my kitchen scale and weigh it as it goes into the bowl. :)
