I use the nutritional plan right now; I know the portions are right and I am meeting all my catergories of calories, fat, carbs, and protein. When I eat my yogurt, I just scoop it into the 1/2 cup measuring cup, grab a spoon and eat. No need to grab a bowl or mug.

I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm not hungry all the time & I'm more energetic
And why? because I've cut out ALL fast food, ALL sweets and bread, ALL Drinks other than water.
In the mornings I usually make a green monster smoothie (which tastes like vanilla milkshake) by adding 1 sliced, skinned apple, half a cup of honey-vanilla greek yogurt, 1 cup of vanilla almondmilk, and 3 or 4 cups of baby spinach.
Snack - Orange, Apple, or Pineapple.
In the afternoons I usually eat a fist size portion of plain baked chicken with some seasoning on top and some fruit
Snack - Orange, apple, or pineapple
Dinner - 'Boars Head' chicken meat or baked chicken again with some steamed veggies
It's better to feel great for the rest of your life by committing to a lifestyle of healthiness than to feel good for 30 minutes after eating something unhealthy
