Second Hand Or Home Made Christmas Presents/birthd

This year I thought as a challenge- being inspired by going green and saving money - to only give second hand or home made Christmas presents. For example I have a couple of lovely glasses I donīt need, I can fill them up with home made fudge and give away.. If you have kids you have plenty of time until Christmas to find what they want on ebay or similar places.

  • Thatīs lovely! I wish I was more crafty in that way!
Itīs so much more personal and warming I think too. I already told my closest family and friends what we are doing and are trying to encourage them to do the same as well. - by TROPICALDRINK
  • I simply adore handmade gifts, even if it is a macaroni picture a favorite kid made for me! I am a knitter, and almost every year I find a quick project to knit, and everybody on my list gets one. From dishsrags to hats and scarves.......I am ready to start for this year, found a pattern for a steering wheel cover. One of my favorite gifts this past year was a tan leather vest that a friend found for me at a Salvation Army Store. - by PEDAL-PUSHER
