One Bad Weekend Should Not Ruin Your Road To Success

My bf took me away for a relaxing time together and all we seemed to do is eat. Though this could make me feel like just throwing in the towel, I realized very quickly that a couple of days of a bad eating isn't going to stop me from getting healthy! Plus, just to boost myself I remind myself of all the exercise I did this weekend, we exercised at the gym each day and then went swimming in the amazing pool. So never let a bad weekend slow your way to your goals.

If I have a craving, I eat one serving of whatever it is, track it on my nutrition tracker, and move on. If I try to get around it by eating something similar, I'll only want it more. Just like one good choice can't undo 1000 bad choices, one serving of anything is not going to ruin a pattern of healthy choices.
Remember the film peter pan who was a lawyer and forgot how to fly, and the fairy told him in order to fly u must think happy thoughts.. my secret is happy thoughts or the power of positive thinking..never did i think that there is impossible or that i can't.. my life was rough , i was never a pampered lady..but i read once that success is not the success of someone who found the road paved and he walked..but success is of those who fell and found the power to get up and walk all the way again.
