One Bad Weekend Should Not Ruin Your Road To Success

My bf took me away for a relaxing time together and all we seemed to do is eat. Though this could make me feel like just throwing in the towel, I realized very quickly that a couple of days of a bad eating isn't going to stop me from getting healthy! Plus, just to boost myself I remind myself of all the exercise I did this weekend, we exercised at the gym each day and then went swimming in the amazing pool. So never let a bad weekend slow your way to your goals.

    Great tip You must look at the positive side of your setbacks too...it is great that you continued to exercise during the weekend...You have to treat yourself once in awhile...but the more often you do, the less special it feels. I just had a "cheat meal" that turned into a cheat weekend...it just motivated me more to go extra hard this week and really stick to my normal diet :)
