Choose exercises you like or that you can at least see yourself doing regularly. If you hate swimming, don't choose "attending a water aerobics class twice a week" as a fitness goal, instead choose something you know you can talk yourself into doing even when you don't feel like working out.

    yea, trouble is, with winter here, There isn't much to do where I live. I have a treadmill but I have a difficult time motivating myself to do it each day. It isn't something I "Enjoy". I love to dance. Maybe I'll try that around the house. THANX! emoticon
