Choose exercises you like or that you can at least see yourself doing regularly. If you hate swimming, don't choose "attending a water aerobics class twice a week" as a fitness goal, instead choose something you know you can talk yourself into doing even when you don't feel like working out.

Don't set unrealistic expectations for yourself. If you set a goal of losing 50 lbs in ten weeks you are setting yourself up to fail. Don't do it! Instead set a realistic goal of 10 - 15 lbs in 10 weeks but then work hard trying to surpass it.
This is your journey and as with everything the road is never straight from A to B. Their will be times when you stray from your path. When this happens you need to understand why it happened, what was the trigger, once you understand your triggers you can be on your guard next time.
Set realistic goals, don't plan to fail you can do it, believe you can.
I hate the word diet. Immediately you set yourself up for fail. This is where I have failed ally my life. I don't have a name for what I am doing. But I am doing it and it is working, 11.5 kg in three months
I also hate the terms healthier lifestyle, fitness plan etc...... Maybe I am in denial. I dont care, it is working. I had pizza hut the other night. I also had some chocolate. And I am still losing. It may not be Biggest Loser weightloss but it is slowly coming off. 3kg til next goal.
