Eat high fiber foods and you will eat less. Eat meals & snacks at regularly scheduled times. Eat strawberries, all berries, oranges, spinach, tomatoes, pears, cherries apples. These are high is nutrition and antioxidants which are both integral to successful weight loss. Eat spinach salads and lots of greens with a vinegarette dressing.
